Social innovation in the prison service
My research revolves around designing, learning and change. The research in my Ph.d. project is carried out in the prison service, exploring how collaborative design processes can be staged and facilitated in ways that reconfigures and expands the space for innovative and learning.
The project seeks to explore and develop knowledge on how co-design approaches and methods can create space for social innovation through transformative learning in a prison context, which a particular focus on changes in relations, meaning and work practice.
The Ph.D. project takes place in collaboration with the Danish Prison Service, the Danish School of Education and the Design School.
