‘Talking Breakups.’ was created to battle emotional, existential and social loneliness often felt after splitting up with our partners. The project aims to break the stigma around ending a relationship and encourages positive coping mechanisms to process breakups. It provides new perspectives on our own experiences through sharing stories and connecting with others and invites for personal self-reflection.
