Fif (Fællesskaber i Fokus)

Projekt Sundhed, Kultur og Natur er igangsat og gennemføres af Region Syddanmark i et
partnerskab med Institut for idræt og Biomekanik, SDU og Designskolen Kolding. Projektet har til formål at styrke indsatser på tværs af sundhed, kultur og natur for derigennem at fremme borgernes fysiske og mentale sundhed. På Designskolen Kolding er projektet forankret i Lab for Social Design.

Talking breakups

‘Talking Breakups.’ was created to battle emotional, existential and social loneliness often felt after splitting up with our partners. The project aims to break the stigma around ending a relationship and encourages positive coping mechanisms to process breakups. It provides new perspectives on our own experiences through sharing stories and connecting with others and invites for personal self-reflection.
